The first community meeting happened two days after Hurricane Sandy at the flagpole at Red Hook Houses. Milly (not pictured), who was attending the meeting, talks about being active in her community in Red Hook Houses, where she has lived since 2001. Along with her neighbors, she decided to stay for the storm.
